And now -- the news:

The Los Angeles-based Simon Wiesenthal Center

says it has asked the German Justice Ministry to investigate whether Barnesandnoble.com and Amazon.com, America's two largest Internet booksellers, have illegally shipped hate literature to Germany, including "The Turner Diaries" and Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf.

It is illegal to sell these books in Germany. This problem has many faces when you consider the international market being created and the complex mix of laws that you might violate without premeditation. Censorship for all kinds of reasons exists in every country including the United States.

Politicians

Wouldn't it be nice if a Politician arrived at a terrible incident and just offered help and paryers and no opportunism.

The President: "To the victims and their families, like all Americans, I offer thoughts and prayers," he said. "Once again, our nation has been shaken and our hearts torn by an act of gun violence," Clinton said. "It calls on all of us not only to give our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families, but intensify our resolve to make America a safer place."
